Where is Omen's Test? I mean, how do I get back in?

I heard something about it being in Cadima, under the mint. But how do I get down? I searched the sewer, the only place I don't know is a secret door in the cadima ghetto. It's one of those obnoxous "no obvious way" doors. Lever? Tune? What?
