The sound is on, because I hear all the background sounds and effects and I have the system and Cythera volume turned on I did a search for the quicktime musical instruments, but I didn't find it. I did find Quicktime Music though. I'm running OS 8.6. I have played Cythera before and I heard the music then. If you guys have anymore suggestions I'll be glad. I'm going to check for extensions problems

The problem also isn't just with the background music, the music from instruments (pipes, lyre) is also muted.

I just reinstalled Cythera when I got tired of waiting for Oni. Everything's great and I'm having fun getting reaquaited(SP?) with the ruffians, but I'm not hearing any music. From the start I've heard no music, and its really bugging me. Do you guys know what's causing it? And yes, my sound is turned on.

Time yourself and see how quickly you can beat it. Go around killing everything and see how many experience points you can get. Then go and kill everybody, resurrect them, and beat the game.

There's no real point in buying the building unless you want too(it's also impossible to get the strength to carry that much money withought cheating). You have to use BBedit to make your own attacks (they give you a readme of how to do it I think). No one else but you can use magic (except for Timon, a mage that you meet).

You know that little island south west of Kosha. There's a monolith beside it, and if you have the double(or just single?) crolna you can use it to make a bridge across appear. There is some loose dirt on the island that you dig, reveals a hole. Inside there is lava (you may want to have the gator boots or a smith's friend potion or a fire protection spell). Go through the lava and you'll get to a small cell. Inside is the sylph.

1.Go to the sundial in the back of the tyrant's castle in Cademia. Take one pace north of the sundial, and dig the square above it. You will need to know the spell "Remote Manipulation" in the tomb.

3.You put the black disks on the pedastals in the place that you found them to open the doors at the end of the hall. Make sure you are next to the pedastols when you put them there.

4.As far as all of us know, there is no way to do so.

5.It helps to know "death strike" and to use the odd helmets in the ruffian camp.

6.You find a magical weapon for Meleager and something that it very helpful.

7.Once you talk to the seldane leader (at the end of the hall where you use those black disks) he will teach you their language.

You don't have to walk into the lava. If you walk along the west side of the wall that is next to that lava pit (I think it's just south of a mushroom on it) with your window maximized, you can see him without burning your feet.
